I am renting out a room in my house for $240 every other Friday (bi-weekly) or $480 per month with a $200 refundable deposit which includes utilities. The room is 14 by 10 and has new carpet, in-room WiFi, TV with 70 channels of cable service, in-room fridge, microwave, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, full size bed, table, chair and lamp. Must sign a rental agreement to stay only as long as the rent is paid and to follow the house rules and stay for 3 months minimum stay commitment.
