We have one bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with an enormous fenced-in back yard. The rent is $350 a month plus utilities. Utilities include Water, Electric, Internet, household supplies (air filters, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc) & Lawn Maintenance in the summer.
