We offer individual leases, apartment is fully furnished and utilities are included. Community amenities include 24 hour computer lab (where we provide free black and white printing-we provide ink AND paper), a 24 hours gym, and a 24 hour game room (equipped with foosball, pool tables, air hockey, Ms. Pac Man, and Movie Cube-it works the same way Red Box does). We also have two basketball courts, a tennis court, two volleyball courts, a resort style pool, a grilling area with two commercial sized grills.
