If you sign a lease by the middle of February you can lock your rental price in at $675/mo. Your rent includes water, sewer, sanitation, and internet. We have two apartments available that we can rent to full-time students at $765/mo We also have two apartments available that we can rent to people who are not in school or part-time in school for that $675/mo.
